Featured Products Project
Dylusions - Fancy A Cuppa & Everything Stops For Tea Stamps
We have decided to start a fun new challenge for the blog, where we choose a product and each take turns making a project!
Everyone has different styles and mediums we love to use, so it’s good to see what different ideas everybody came up with
using the same products.
For our first project we have chosen two Dylusions stamp sets, Fancy A Cuppa & Everything Stops For Tea,
which can be used together or separately. Read on to see all of the great projects!
Suzanne has created two projects, the first is a bright & colourful art journal page, using Dylusions Sprays.
She has used both the teapot & the tea cup stamps, and the end result is a whimsical & fun journal page!
Jodene has created a clean & simple slimline card using (a lot of!) masking to stack the cups on top of each other,
and coloured the images with Copic Markers.
Although this is primarily a one layer card, depth is created by using a grey marker to create a shadow around the objects.
This is a great way to use up your patterned paper and adds a little something extra to the card.
More texture has also been added with the Spellbinders Splatter embossing folder on the background and some Glitter Drops from Pink Fresh Studio. The sentiment is a hot foil die from Spellbinders adds a little more shine to the card.
Texture paste has been used to add dimension to the bricks and stencils to create the fun tablecloth!
Leah has created a great pop-up card using the Lawn Fawn Platform Pop-Up box.
This box folds flat so it’s easy to pop into the mail, and is such a fun surprise for the recipient. Perfect for any tea lover!

And last but certainly not least, is this gorgeous framed project from Isabelle!
The teacups have been watercoloured with Gansai Tambi watercolours and then cut them out,
and applied with dimensional tape to a watercolour paper background and then framed.
A stunning gift, and a great project which could be replicated with any shape of stamp or die!
